A Peaceful Call for Public Support
I am asking for equal justice under the law through lawful and constitutional means. This website explains the issues and how members of the public can support my objectives under this family matter.
My Objectives
I respectfully seek the following through lawful and constitutional means:
Bill of Review
A Bill of Review to allow judicial review of the disputed 2025 Clarifying document.
Public Records Access
Access to requested records from institutions under the Texas Public Information Act & Freedom of Information Act.
Fair Hearing
A fair hearing where the evidence and disputed issues can be fully presented before the court.
Background
My greatest concern is my child. I am currently unable to exercise visitation as contemplated by the parenting arrangements, and communication with the other parent regarding parenting matters has been extremely limited. Returning to court is important to me so these issues can be properly addressed and my relationship with my child can be protected through lawful court proceedings.
The MSA required both attorneys to sign the resulting order, but neither attorney's signature appears on the 2025 Order.
I maintain that I was never presented with the 2025 Order for my signature and that the signature page associated with it originated from a different document.
I was not informed when the Order was entered and therefore did not have the opportunity to pursue an appeal within the ordinary 30-day period.
The attorney's comparison identified changes, additions, or discrepancies between the MSA and the 2025 Order involving division of marital property, debts allocated to each party, separate property, the parenting plan, international travel for the child, attorney's fees and court costs, parental rights and duties, and the child's geographic restrictions.
I was informed no hearing was conducted or available transcript through which these differences could readily be explained or clarified.
An attorney reviewed the 2025 Order and compared it with the Mediated Settlement Agreement (MSA) on file. According to that analysis, numerous discrepancies and unresolved issues were identified.
