The other party filed a motion for a new trial on the grounds that she was not informed of the hearing that led to the May 17th order. The motion for a new trial was granted.
Motion for New Trial Heard
The motion for new trial was heard. Unfortunately, her attorney passed away after the hearing, which stalled the process. Counsel for the other side also completely abandoned the matter from this point onward — no further communication or information was provided regarding the relief request or the outcome of closed-door meetings held with both parties excused. The May 17, 2023 order remains the controlling document to my knowledge, as neither party nor both attorneys signed any new document as requested by the Judge.
July 29, 2025 Judgment — Origin Disputed
A judgment dated July 29, 2025 was entered. The origin, authority, and authenticity of this judgment are disputed. The signature page incorporated into this order contains a Gmail web-link stamp and a date that was not entered by the signatory. Neither party nor both attorneys signed a new document as directed by the Judge following the March 6, 2024 hearing.
